HERON S.A. is one of the leading electricity and natural gas providers in Greece.

Though HERON’s image and communication as a whole is one of a modern, innovative company, its bills looked outdated.  We were tasked with updating the design of the residential and business customer power bills, as well as with designing new ones for their growing natural gas customer base.

The bills needed to reflect the company’s “fresh” image, while improving the customers’ experience and understanding of their energy usage.  To that end we used a “cleaner” design and incorporated graphs that made the imformation easier for the customers to locate.
